Development and application of lasting creep ability verification plan

In order to understand the overall ability of the lasting creep test in the domestic laboratory and improve the detection level of the laboratory, several lasting creep ability verification plans had been organized nationwide. The robust statistical method was used to evaluate the high temperature lasting creep test ability of the participating laboratories. The reasons for the unsatisfactory results were analyzed and suggestions were given. The development of the lasting creep ability verification program provided a convenient, reliable and economical certification system for the high temperature safety performance evaluation laboratories in domestic thermal power, aerospace and other industries.
