    Large non-metallic inclusions in 37Mn5 steel

    • The morphology, size and source of large non-metallic inclusions in 37Mn5 steel were studied by bulk electrolysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the large non-metallic inclusions of steel mainly came from mould flux and deoxidization products, which accounted for 50% and 30. 8% of the total inclusions, respectively.
