    The application of X-ray fluorescence spectrometer in the determination of wear debris in lubricating oil

    • A method for the determination of nine elements such as Ti, Cr, Fe, Ni, Cu, Pb, Ag, Cd and Sn in lubricating oil by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer was proposed, and the results were compared with those of atomic emission spectrometry. The results show that the results of each element were accurate and precise, the X-ray fluorescence spectrometer could effectively detect the abrasive particles in lubricating oil, which was simple, accurate and practical.
