    Influencing factors and improvement measures of steel bending cracking

    • After bending the steels, the bending part was prone to cracking. According to the location of cracking, it could be divided into corner cracking and middle cracking. The influencing factors of cracking were improper processing technology and quality defects of the material itself. Various influencing factors of bending cracking were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical property test, and improvement measures were proposed. The results could provide reference for relevant practitioners.
