    The optimum conditions and application of electron probe quantitative ultra-light element boron

    • The research status of electron probe quantitative ultra-light element boron was summarized to obtain the basic application conditions of quantitative boron.By designing a single variable test, the test condition parameters were optimized, and the optimum conditions of electron probe for quantitative boron were established. The optimum conditions were more accurate and stable than the conventional conditions for quantifying the mineral composition of boron.
