    The preparation process of breaking force test sample end of aluminium conductor steel reinforced

    • The breaking force test was carried out on both ends of the aluminium conductor steel reinforced by using the new mold forming end and the old mold forming end, and the influence of different mold end forming processes on the breaking force test was studied. The effects of end preparation processes of new mold plus steel core anchorage plus bar glue, new mold plus steel core unanchored plus epoxy resin, and new mold plus steel core anchorage plus epoxy resin on breaking force test were studied. The results show that new mold was more suitable for breaking force test than old mold. The end prepared by the new mold plus steel core anchorage plus epoxy resin method could meet the requirements of breaking force test.
