In order to comprehensively improve the manufacturing level of steel bars, higher requirements are put forward for the production and quality detection methods of steel bars, which are mainly reflected in the following aspects:automation, intelligence, informatization of production and detection system, and the use of advanced technologies such as robots; develop high-end detection technology development ideas. Innovative pneumatic conveying system of specimen and automatic detection technology of mechanical properties of steel bars are explored to meet the requirements of relevant test methods and product standards.
