Abstract
The chemical composition, intergranular corrosion performance, mechanical properties and microstructure of nickel-based 276 (NiCrMo-4 steel) strip overlap welding on 12Cr2Mo1R steel plate were analyzed under different surfacing processes and different heat treatment processes, the optimum surfacing process and heat treatment process of nickel-based 276 were studied. The results show that 309L steel (transition layer)/NiCrMo-3 steel (intermediate layer) was first deposited on 12Cr2Mo1R steel plate, and then simulated post-weld heat treatment was carried out at (690±14)℃ for 32 h, finally, nickel-based 276 was deposited on the surface of the steel plate, so that the steel plate had lower corrosion rate, better mechanical properties and microstructure.
