Abstract
The morphology and composition of inclusions in hydrogen induced cracking pipeline steel samples were analyzed by optical microscope, scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive spectrometer. The cracking reason of pipeline steel was comprehensively analyzed combined with the test, and the process optimization measures were put forward. The results could provide reference for the production and development of acid corrosion resistant pipeline steel.
