    Quantitative test method for electron probe microregion of neodymium iron boron magnetic materials

    • The influence of different test conditions on micro zone quantitative test of neodymium iron boron magnetic materials was analyzed and discussed, and the precautions and analysis techniques in the test process were expounded. The matrix of neodymium iron boron magnetic material was quantitatively tested by EPMA-1720 electron probe microanalyzer, and satisfactory test results were obtained. The method could provide analysis ideas for testing difficult and complex samples.
