    Reasons for cracking of HB4-49 tightening nut

    • The cracking properties and causes of HB4-49 tightening nut were analyzed by means of physical testing and chemical analysis, simulation analysis and assembly tightening test. The results show that the cracking reason of the nut was that the tightening torque was too large.
