Influence factors of vibration friction welding strength of polypropylene filled with 40% talc powder

    • The influencing factors of vibration friction welding strength of polypropylene filled with 40% talc powder were analyzed by experimental design method, and the welding depth, welding amplitude and welding machine pressing force were determined as the main influencing factors. The results show that when the welding amplitude was 1. 2 mm, the welding depth was 1. 8 mm and the pressing force was 4 MPa, the welding strength was the highest. When the number of welding stations increased, the welding strength increased significantly, and the welding strength of the three stations could reach (11. 24±0. 80) MPa.
