    Application of automatic impact testing machine in steel for LNG storage tank

    • The common push rod automatic impact testing machine and intelligent robot automatic impact testing machine systems on the market were compared and analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two systems were summarized. A series of low temperature impact tests of high manganese steel for LNG storage tank were carried out by using the manual impact test machine and the push rod automatic impact test machine, respectively. The results show that there was no significant difference in the impact absorption energy obtained by the two testing machines, but the test results of the manual impact testing machine were discrete.
