Abstract
Based on the laser flash method, the specific heat capacity, thermal diffusivity and thermal conductivity of aluminum alloy piston of an internal combustion engine at different temperatures were measured by a flash thermal conductivity meter. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, the thermal diffusivity of the aluminum alloy piston decreased gradually, the specific heat capacity increased gradually, and the thermal conductivity increased gradually within a certain temperature range.
