Abstract
Creep coefficient A is of great significance as an index to evaluate the composite stability of the thermal barrier profiles. The influencing factors and application of creep coefficient of the thermal barrier profile with insertion methodology were studied by longitudinal shear test. The results show that the creep coefficient A was highly correlated with the result of the longitudinal shear characteristic value TC and the longitudinal shear standard deviation ST. And it has nothing to do with section height h for the thermal barrier strip. It is pointed out that creep coefficient A should not be used alone. It is necessary to combine TC and ST to evaluated the composite stability of the thermal barrier profiles more effectively. There is a vacancy in the qualified value of creep coefficient A in the current national standard. A large amount of test data are needed to support the subsequent revision work.
