Influence of Service Conditions on Tensile Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Exterior Wall Elastic Coating Material

    • In order to analyze the influence of different service conditions of waterborne polyurethane exterior wall elastic architectural coatings on tensile properties, tensile tests were carried out on the coating material sample according to the requirements of JG/T 172—2014, and the effects of aqueous solution immersion, temperature and aging time on the tensile properties of that were analyzed. The results show that the influence of three conditions on tensile properties of water solution immersion are the greatest. Tensile properties first rise and then decrease with the increase of temperature. With the increase of aging time, tensile properties gradually decrease.
