    Program Segment Design and Test Result of H-beam Tensile Sample Processed by Numerical Control High Speed Sawing Machine

    • In order to make D-450H numerical control high-speed sawing machine meet the processing requirements of H-beam tensile sample, the program segment of numerical control high-speed sawing machine was designed, the test results of H-beam tensile sample processed by numerical control high-speed sawing machine were compared and verified. The results show that the tensile sample of H-beam processed by numerical control high-speed sawing machine with program segment design basically does not have strain strengthening during tensile test. The dimension and shape tolerance of sample meet the standard requirements. The tensile strength, yield strength and elongation after fracture are basically the same as those of crocodile shear samples, but the surface roughness is smaller, the average value is only 0.61 \mm, and the accuracy is high.
