    Practice and Thinking of Test Rate Control for GB/T 228. 1-2010

    • The influencing factors of the application of GB/T 228. 1-2010 test rate control in the implementation process were introduced. The scope of application of various test rate control methods was given. The control precision of method A1 was the highest, but the application scenario was narrow. Method A2 was stable in performance and convenient in application, but it was difficult to perform flexibility correction accurately.Method B had the widest application range, but the requirement of rate control was the lowest, and the dispersion of test results was the largest. It is suggested that the name of method B should be changed to test rate control method based on stress rate guidance, and the name of method A2 should be changed to test rate control method based on strain rate guidance.
