Abstract
The transmission system of a high-pressure rotor tightening wrench stuck in the process of tightening nuts. The causes of sticking on transmission system were analyzed by means of macro observation, fracture analysis, metallographic examination and hardness test. The results show that in the process of assembling or working, the one-side locking wave-buckle cage of No.1 transmission gear bearing was subjected to impact load, which caused the buckle dislocation, deformation and tripping, and caused the bearing ball to deviate from the predetermined running track. When the bearing ball deviated from the predetermined track, the stress concentrated formed, which led to the increase of local stress. When the stress exceeded the bearing capacity, the bearing ball overload fractured, which caused the bearing damage, and finally led to the sticking failure of transmission system.
