    Design and Implementation of Information System for Industrial Metallographic Examination Laboratory

    • Taking the information system design of metallographic examination laboratory as an example, the business process of metallographic examination was analyzed in detail using data flow diagram, and the overall system design of industrial metallographic examination laboratory was designed. The detailed design and implementation of database architecture, hardware composition, sample information management system, metallographic photo acquisition system, quantitative metallographic analysis system, inspection recording and reporting system have been described in detail. The results show that the information system of industrial metallographic examination laboratory could be well combined with the existing examination information system to ensure the whole metallographic examination process was efficient, orderly, controllable and supervised, and can effectively guarantee the examination quality.
