    Static Load Test and Heat Treatment Process Improvement of Self-Lubricating Joint Bearing

    • The deformation of self-lubricating joint bearing EN3048S20 exceeded the allowable value of standard in axial static load test. After adjusting aging temperature and finite element analysis of test process, the static load test was carried out again. The results show that the strength of the outer ring material 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel was low and the local stress was large, which led to the deformation exceeding the standard. When the aging temperature of the outer ring material was 550 ℃, the hardness and strength of the material were obviously improved, and the axial bearing capacity of the bearing met the requirements of standard.
