    Comparison of Low Cycle Fatigue Properties for Three Automobile Frame Steels Under Axial Loading

    • The low cycle fatigue properties of TCX420L,TCX510L,TCX610L automobile frame steels under axial loading were tested, the strain-life curve, cyclic stress-strain curve and fatigue performance parameters of the materials were obtained. And the cyclic material properties, Masing characteristics and transition fatigue life of the girder steel were analyzed. The results show that the cyclic material property of TCX420L steel is softening and then hardening, TCX510L steel is softening, hardening and softening, while TCX610L steel is softening all the time. TCX420L steel and TCX510L steel are Non-Mashing materials, but TCX610L steel is Mashing material. The higher the tensile strength, the lower the transition fatigue life of three frame steels.
