Abstract
The influence of welding simulation parameters on the welding thermal simulation test results of Q960EQP steel was studied by using Gleeble3800 thermal simulation test machine. The results show that preheating temperature, peak temperature, welding line energy and plate thickness parameter were the main parameters that affect the results of welding thermal simulation test. The peak temperature holding time had a certain influence on the impact performance of the sample, but did not change the microstructure type of the sample after thermal simulation test. The heating rate had little affect on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the sample. The sample span affect the ultimate cooling speed of the sample, and it had a great influence on the test results when the rapid cooling test was carried out.
