    Influence of Expansion of Metallurgical Auxiliary Materials on Melting Point Detection and Solutions

    • The melting point detection were interfered by expansion of metallurgical auxiliary materials such as mould slag and covering agent during heating.The principle and influencing factors of material expansion were analyzed and the roasting process for eliminating material expansion was studied to find a solution.The results show that the expansion was eliminated by grinding and roasting materials.The grinding and roasting process of different materials can be determined through experiments.
