    Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation on Wear Resistance Test of Anodized Aluminum Alloy Film

    • The wear resistance test of anodized aluminum alloy film was carried out by the shakeout method. The influence of various factors on the test results were analyzed, and the measurement uncertainty of the test results were evaluated. The results show that the main errors of the test results were the measurement errors of the thickness of the anodized film and the measurement errors of the mass of the consumed abrasive. The wear coefficient of anodized aluminum alloy film was 351 g·μm-1. Taking the inclusion factor k=2, the expanded uncertainty U(f)=30 g·μm-1.
