    Outdoor Empirical Test of Power Generation Performance for Bifacial Photovoltaic Module on Different Materials Ground

    • The bifacial photovoltaic (PV) modules were installed on different materials ground, and the power generation performance of the bifacial PV modules in outdoor environment was studied. The results show that the annual average power generation of bifacial PV module with the same nominal power on the sandy ground was 18.21% higher than that of conventional unifacial PV module under the current module installation mode. The annual average power generation of bifacial PV module with the same nominal power on the cement white paint ground was 24.33% higher than that of conventional unifacial PV module. The annual average power generation of bifacial PV module with the same nominal power on the gravel ground was 18.72% higher than that of conventional unifacial PV module.
