    Influence Factors of Roping Line of Aluminum Alloy Automobile Panel

    • The causes, test method and operation steps of roping line of aluminum alloy plate were described. Factors affecting the roping line were analyzed by tensile test and bending test. The results show that anisotropy, bending angle and surface state of aluminum alloy plate had certain influence on the roping line. Strict control of start rolling temperature and finish rolling crimp temperature of hot rolling were effective ways to ensure the qualified roping line of aluminum alloy automobile panel.
