    An Intelligent Detection Method for Zinc Coating Characteristics of Automobile Plate

    • In the detection of zinc coating characteristics of automobile plate, manual detection has low work efficiency, high probability of error and poor safety. By adding robots, computer vision automatic identification system, code engraving system, code scanning system and other automatic equipment, the full automation of the production line and the intelligent detection of the zinc coating characteristics of automobile plate could be realized. The results show that the intelligent detection method can not only improve the work efficiency, but also reduce the quality risk and effectively improve the detection quality.
