Abstract
The intergranular corrosion test methods of stainless steel by copper-bluestone-sulfuric acid in nuclear power industry standards at domestic and abroad were compared and analyzed from sensitization conditions, selection of corrosive agents, necessity of contrast samples, bending angle and diameter of sample, and necessity of sound test. The results show that there is no technical difference in the test methods between NB/T 20004-2014 and RCC-M, and there are minor differences in other standards; it is necessary to use the contrast sample in the actual test, failure to use it as a reference may lead to misjudgment and affect the accuracy of the test; the sound test cannot be used as a separate method to verify the intergranular corrosion test results, because of its high unreliability, it can only be used as an auxiliary judgment.
