    Calibration and Uncertainty Evaluation of Magnetic Hardness Tester

    • Magnetic hardness tester is a new kind of portable hardness tester for large steel products and parts with special shape. The structure and working principle of magnetic hardness tester were analyzed, and the experimental methods and measurement characteristics of magnetic hardness tester were studied.The calibration of magnetic hardness tester was realized by using suitable hardness block and supporting base, and an uncertainty evaluation example of Rockwell hardness high-value measurement results was presented.
