    Color Metallographic Etching Method of Multiphase Microstructure in Alloy Steel

    • In view of the failure of using Lepera reagent to obtain the colour metallography of alloy steel, the etching procedures and attentions were introduced, and the experimental study was carried out. The results show that compared with general methods, the etching method can display the characteristics of M/A islands, bainites microstructure and martensites microstructure clearly, and thereby realizing the identification of multiphase microstructure in alloy steel effectively.
