    Discussion on Quality Monitoring Methods of High-Temperature Creep Test of Refractories

    • From the two aspects of laboratory external quality monitoring and internal quality monitoring, the quality monitoring methods and their feasibility of refractory high-temperature creep test were introduced. The results show that the external quality monitoring methods for refractory high-temperature creep test mainly includes laboratory proficiency testing and inter-laboratory comparison, and the internal quality monitoring methods mainly includes testing with standard materials and carrying out intermediate check to the testing equipments. At present, due to the lack of proficiency testing provider and inter-laboratory comparison organizer of refractory high-temperature creep test and refractory standard materials, the quality monitoring of refractory high-temperature creep test is mainly achieved by checking the laboratory high-temperature creep instruments intermediately. Finally, through specific examples and according to the number of high-temperature creep instruments owned by different refractory testing laboratories, the intermediate check methods for internal quality monitoring of refractory high-temperature creep test were introduced in detail.
