Abstract
Stainless steel sulfuric acid-copper sulfate intergranular corrosion test as a widely used intergranular corrosion test method, many countries have developed different standards for it. Taking GB/T 4334, ASTM A262, ISO 3651-2, RCC-M and other standards as examples, the similarities and differences among above domestic and foreign standards were compared and analyzed from four aspects:sample preparation, sensitization treatment, test process and result evaluation. The results show that the requirements of national standard and foreign standards are not the same, and they can be used for reference in the actual operation process. The national standard has the most detailed expression of sample preparation, and the effect of surface roughness of the sample on the test results is not significant. The national standard has the strictest regulations on the sensitization treatment system. The selection of the bending parameters has a certain influence on the test results, and too small bending radius is likely to lead to misjudgement.
