    Stress Calculation and Analysis of Cold Reheat Steam Pipe after Removing the Isolation Valves

    • The working load of the suspensions and supports after removing the isolation valves of cold reheat steam pipe, the stress of the pipe and the thrust force of the pipe to the inlet box of the cold reheater were calculated and analyzed. The results show that the thrust force and the moment of the pipe increased greatly after removing the isolation valves. After replacing some constant suspensions and supports and lowering the load of some constant suspensions and supports, it was possible to ensured the normal operation of the cold reheat steam pipe.
