    Uncertainty Evaluation on Measurement of Vickers Hardness Test of 5252H32 Aluminum Alloy

    • The Vickers hardness of 5252H32 aluminum alloy was tested according to GB/T 4340.1-2009, and the uncertainty of the test results was evaluated. The results show that the uncertainty of Vickers hardness measurement of 5252H32 aluminum alloy mainly comes from the uncertainty of diagonal indentation, the uncertainty of load and the uncertainty introduced by digital revision. Controlling the main factors affecting the uncertainty can reduce the uncertainty of measurement and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
