    Microstructure and Tensile Properties of GH3536 Alloy Formed by SLM

    • GH3536 alloy samples were prepared by selective laser melting (SLM) and their microstructure and tensile properties were analyzed. The results show that the matrix microstructure of GH3536 alloy formed by SLM was austenite, and there were obvious micro cracks inside the samples. The longitudinal and transversal microstructure of the sample was obviously different. The longitudinal tensile properties of the samples were better than that of the transversal ones. Compared with hot rolled Hastelloy X (GH3536) alloy, the strength of GH3536 alloy samples formed by SLM was better, but the plasticity was poorer.
