    Thinking and Exploration on the Construction of Automation Process for Product Performance Testing in Iron and Steel Enterprises

    • At present, domestic iron and steel enterprises are still blank in the automation of the whole process of product performance testing, and there are problems such as low work efficiency and many human influencing factors. Following the rapid development trend of intelligent manufacturing in China, from the aspects of blank sample rough processing, sample fine machining, sample management and testing technology, how to construct a fully automatic product performance testing laboratory with modern technology was discussed. The key technologies to be solved in the construction of automatic product performance testing laboratory were analyzed. It is expected to accelerate the improvement of the equipment level of Chinese iron and steel material product performance testing industry.
