Electrical Performance Test of Polycrystalline Silicon Solar Cells

    • The electrical properties of polycrystalline silicon solar cells were tested, and the effects of spectral response and temperature coefficient on the electrical properties test results of polycrystalline silicon solar cells were studied. The results show that the spectral response of the polycrystalline silicon solar cells was not consistent with that of the conventional cells. The corrected short-circuit current improved significantly after the spectral mismatch was corrected, and the peak power also improved accordingly. Temperature had a great influence on the open circuit voltage of polycrystalline silicon solar cells, and had little effect on short-circuit current. After correction, the peak power of the cells was increased by 1.236% compared with the previous one.
