    Testing the Aging Resistance of Plastic Films by Uniform Design Method

    • The influence of artificial aging environment (temperature and light irradiance) on ageing resistance performance of different formulation plastic films was studied by uniform design method. The results show that using uniform design method, the effect of the change of artificial ultraviolet aging environment on the aging resistance of plastic film products was obtained through 5 tests. Light irradiance was the main influencing factor of plastic films aging without adding anti-aging agent. The higher the light irradiance, the more serious the mechanical properties of plastic films will decrease. Illumination temperature was the main influencing factor to increase the aging of plastic films with anti-aging agent. The higher the illumination temperature, the worse the aging resistance of the plastic films.
