    Analysis on Corresponding Relations of Correlative Test Rates for Tensile Test of Metallic Materials under the Control of Displacement Rate

    • The change of corresponding relations of correlation parameters in different deformation stages during the process of test were analyzed, the correlation parameters are the main test rate control method during the tensile test, such as displacement rate, strain rate and stress rate. The corresponding conversion methods were collated and studied, and the corresponding relations in different deformation stages were verified by using actual test data. The results show that the change rules and characteristics of stress-strain (or load-time) curves and other related curves of specimen materials should be understood before testing, and the corresponding test control method should be selected according to the specific test conditions, requirements and purposes.
