Influencing Factors of Wear Rate Test Method for SCR Honeycomb Type Flue Gas Denitrification Catalyst

  • According to the abration ratio test method for honeycomb type flue gas denitrification catalyst in GB/T 31587-2015 Honeycomb Type Flue Gas Denitration Catalyst, the influence of standard wind speed inside the channel, pipe temperature and wall thickness on the abration ratio of selective catalyst reduction (SCR) honeycomb flue gas denitration catalyst was compared and analyzed through tests. The results show that the test conditions such as standard wind speed inside the channel, pipeline temperature and wall thickness have a great influence on the test results of abration ratio. The three test conditions actually affect the wind speed of the inlet pipe of the sample bin, which resulted in the impact on the test results of the abration ratio. It is suggested that the test condition standard wind speed inside the channel 14.5 m·s-1 in GB/T 31587-2015 should be changed to wind speed of working condition 14.5 m·s-1.
