Abstract
The influence of resin system, curing temperature and curing time on the tensile properties of domestic high strength and high modulus carbon fiber multifilaments was studied by methods of tensile test, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analysis, differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) analysis and so on. The results show that the curing degree of resin and the tensile properties of sample preparation of high strength high modulus carbon fiber multifilament related, but it had little to do with the curing resin system, and the degree of cure in the range of 30%-70%, the resin curing degree is higher, the better tensile properties of the multifilament; and the curing degree of the resin system had a positive correlation with the curing time, multifilament sample preparation process should use lower curing temperature and longer curing time.
