    Comprehensive Assessment and Treatment on Abnormal Thermal Expansion Displacement of Steam and Water Pipelines of Thermal Power Plants

    • Based on the important hazards of the abnormal thermal expansion displacement of steam and water pipelines of thermal power plants, the cause analysis and the processing experience of previous related projects were analyzed and summarized, and the main factors that might affect the abnormal thermal expansion displacement were summed up. Combined with the pipeline stress calculation and analysis, a comprehensive hazard assessment was conducted, and a complete assessment and treatment flow of the abnormal thermal expansion displacement of steam and water pipelines was established. Finally typical case analysis was carried out to provide reference for the treatment of similar faults in the future. The case analysis results show that the large deviation between the actual working load and the actual required load of pipeline suspensions and supports was the main reason for the abnornal thermal expansion displacement of most pipelines.
