    Improvement Practice of Physical and Chemical Inspection Technology in Iron and Steel Enterprises

    • Through the reconstruction of gas supply mode of argon and nitrogen for chemical composition analysis, tensile specimen preparation of thin strip steel by belt sander instead of the grinder, and the reconstruction of carbon monoxide generator, the practical problems encountered in the inspection process of iron and steel enterprises were well solved. Through the measures, the efficiency and accuracy of inspection was greatly enhanced, the production cost of enterprises was reduced, and the labor intensity of test personnel was relieved.
