    Reason Analysis on Bursting of the Inlet Heating Surface Pipe of a Boiler's Cyclone Separator

    • The bursting reasons of the inlet heating surface pipe of a boiler's cyclone separator were analyzed by means of macro analysis, chemical composition analysis, mechanical property test, metallographic examination, fracture scanning electronic microscope analysis and so on. The results show that the bursting of the heating surface pipe of the boiler was induced by creep cracking because of long-time overtemperature running. Finally, preventive measures were put forward according to the bursting reasons of the pipe.
