    Analysis on Influencing Factors of Grain Size of 1Cr15Ni27Ti3Mo1Al Steel

    • The factors affecting the grain size of 1Cr15Ni27Ti3Mo1Al steel were studied through forging, rolling and solid solution treatment to the steel with different element carbon and nitrogen contents. The results show that the grain size of the steel were largely affected by the contents of element carbon and nitrogen. Besides, the grain size could be refined and homogenized both by rolling process of ‘rhombus→square→oval→round’ and solid solution treatment.
