    Structure and Property of 18Cr2Ni4WA Electric Slag Steel and Electric Furnace Steel

    • Through macrostructure examination, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical property testing, the differences of structure and property between 18Cr2Ni4WA electric slag steel and electric furnace steel were analyzed. The results show that compared with 18Cr2Ni4WA electric furnace steel, 18Cr2Ni4WA electric slag steel has the following features, such as low content of sulfur and phosphorus, uniform and compact microstructure, little banded structure segregation, little difference of longitudinal and transversal mechanical property. The results could provide reference to identify electric slag steel and electric furnace steel.
