    Quality Analysis of Non-stick Pan Products

    • The detections of non-stick pan products on the market were carried out from the aspects of coating material, thickness, fastness, corrosion resistance and so on. The results show that main quality problems of non-stick pans on the market were thin coating thickness and poor salt-water corrosion resistance. In addition, the quality of Al-based non-stick pans was superior to that of Fe-based non-stick pans from the perspective of the material properties, and Teflon coating was superior to other coatings from the perspective of the coating properties.
