    High-temperature Mechanical Properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti Stainless Steels Used in Large Electrical Machines

    • Through the research on strength properties of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels, the feasibility of the method that the proof non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 of steels at high temperature was measured by the external ambient extensometer equipped on the extension support of the furnace, was demonstrated. The specimens of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels after high-temperature test were inspected by macrographic examination. Through the tensile tests of 0Cr18Ni10Ti stainless steels at different temperature holding for different times, the influence of the heating temperature and holding time on the mechanical properties was discussed. Finally the change rules of the proof non-proportional extension strength Rp0.2 and tensile strength Rm changing with the temperature were obtained by the regression analysis.
