Abstract
Three kinds of copper alloy were chosen to measure the conductivity by DC resistance bridge method and electromagnetic eddy current method. The test theory and the data accuracy affected by the operation procedures were compared with each other. The results show that under the same test condition, two groups of test data were very close and replaceable with each other. The test data of DC resistance bridge method were relatively stable, but the requirements of specimen size were relatively strict. The procedure of electromagnetic eddy current method was much more convenient,so it was suitable for quick measurement. But the test accuracy of electromagnetic eddy current method was greatly affected by the interference of the electromagnetic field, the coupling state of hand-held probe and sample surface and so on,and different test conductor may obtain different results.
